2. Iske 2 ghante baad aap chay or uske saath 2 biscutes le dhyan rhe chay me chini jyada na ho.
3. Iske 1 ghante baad ham nasta krenge nasta hamesha normal hi kre kosis kre ki fruit le ya aap outs ,milk, apple bhi le skte h.
4. Lunch me aap hamesha normal khana khaye isme aap vegetables ya daalo ka use kr skte h saath me saled jarur le roti 4 or patli honi chahiye.
5. Lunch k 1 ghante baad aap green tea piye green tea ka fayda ye hoga ki aapka khana jaldi pach jayega.
6. Eveng me fruit ka use kre fruits se energy bhi rhti h and weigh maintain rhta h.
7.ab dinner ki baari aati h dinner me aap roti sabji saled  n koi bhi shoop le skte h.
8.iske 30 min baad dubara green tea piye
9. Tel,ghee ki chije ka sevan naa kre.
Iske alwa weigh badne waali chije jaise Barger pizza besan aalu chawal bahar k khano se bache.
10.regular mrng me yoga or exercise kre mrng me jaldi uthne ki kosis kre.
Mrng walk pr jaaye isse aapko 2 fayde h 1. Ki aap taazi hawa le payenge 2. Din acha hoga n weight loose me asani hogi
